The Crozer-Keystone Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine provides comprehensive care for patients with chronic wounds. Under the direction of William Mannella, M.D., chairman of the Department of Surgery at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, the center, located in the North Campus building on the Crozer-Chester Medical Center campus, 301 W. 15th St., Chester, offers patients suffering from chronic wounds access to advanced outpatient therapy, including hyperbaric oxygen therpy.
Patients who can benefit from wound care include those with diabetes-related leg and foot ulcers; poor circulation involving both arteries and veins; pressure ulcers; and non-healing wounds related to surgical procedures.
