Program Summary

Sponsored by Crozer-Chester Medical Center since 1948, the School of Radiologic Technology is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology, (JRCERT). Crozer enrolls 24 students each year for a 24-month course of study.

Student radiographers receive didactic education at the Crozer main campus in Upland, PA. Clinical education is available for the students at all Crozer-Keystone facilities including:

  • Crozer's main campus - Includes Level II Trauma Center and Regional Burn Center
  • Delaware County Memorial Hospital (Drexel Hill, PA)
  • Springfield Hospital (Springfield, PA)
  • Media Medical Imaging (Media, PA)

Students perform clinical duties in the Radiology Department when not in the classroom. Students are present at the school eight hours per day, five days a week for two years.

The school provides faculty advising for all students in the program. Upon admission, each student will be assigned a faculty mentor who will be available for scheduled and informal meetings for the duration of the program. These sessions give students a forum to voice concerns and discuss their personal progress
