Osteopathic Rotating Internship

Welcome to CKHS' Osteopathic Rotating Internship

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the Crozer-Keystone Osteopathic Rotating Internship. We are very proud of the innovative nature of our program, which offers individually tailored training, unique offerings and leading technologies to assure an osteopathic graduate education of exceptional quality.

Built on the solid principles underlying the practice of osteopathic medicine for more than a century, our osteopathic internship offers a well-rounded educational and clinical experience to 16 interns each year. Our internship, which fulfills the requirements of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), combines the benefits of the traditional rotating osteopathic internship with the opportunity to take many specialized elective rotations.

Working with our clinical faculty, our interns have access to the leading medical practices and technologies used to treat patients throughout the Crozer-Keystone Health System. They become part of a team dedicated to providing our patients with advanced treatment modalities as well as holistic, compassionate care.

The Osteopathic Rotating Internship is one of three AOA-approved osteopathic internships within CKHS, the other two being "tracked" into Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.

Again, thank you for visiting our Osteopathic Rotating Internship Program. Please take the time to explore the Osteopathic website in its entirety and peruse the other fine graduate medical programs that Crozer-Keystone offers.

Sincerely,

James E. McHugh, D.O., FACOI, M.B.A.
Director, Osteopathic Medical Education
