Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Crozer-Keystone's Podiatric Residency Program. As one of the few 36-month podiatric residency programs in the United States, we are very proud of our comprehensive, diversified program. Specifically, our program provides residents with a broad spectrum of clinical and didactic experiences, which prepare them to practice exceptional podiatric medicine in today's dynamic health-care environment.
The Crozer experience emphasizes the progressive development of skills and knowledge through clinical rotations in a range of medical disciplines - from podiatric and orthopedic surgery to family practice, based on a sound philosophy of specialty training.
Podiatric residents' training at the hospitals and specialized facilities within Crozer-Keystone Health System - in particular, the Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Taylor Hospital and Springfield Hospital, and the Foot and Ankle Center - provide numerous surgical opportunities as well as exposure to a variety of clinical settings.
Through our three-year Podiatric Residency Program, podiatric specialists develop into versatile, highly skilled surgeons with a commitment to compassionate patient care.
Again, thank you for visiting our Podiatric Residency Program. Please take the time to explore the Podiatric website in its entirety and peruse the other fine residency programs that Crozer-Keystone offers.
Sincerely,
William M. Urbas, D.P.M., FACFAS
