Vote for the Best Hospital in Delaware County: Crozer, DCMH and Taylor in Finals!
Congratulations to Crozer, DCMH and Taylor, who were nominated for The Daily Times' Best Hospital in Delaware County award. Next up is the voting phase, from May 15-21. The hospital with the most votes will win Best Hospital in Delaware County. To vote, fill out the ballot with all requested information and your “Best of” selections. Free newspapers will be available in the Main Lobby of all hospitals during the voting period, while supplies last. Only original ballots printed in The Daily Times will be accepted – no photocopies. Please return your completed ballot(s) to the box at the Main Lobby information desk of your hospital. You may enter as many times as you like.

Crozer-Keystone Senior Health Services Activities in May
CKHS offers many activities for seniors - line dancing, AARP driving classes, aerobics classes, health lectures and T'ai Chi classes, to name a few. Senior Signature Event Wednesday, May 14, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., "Reinvent the Three R's: Reeducate, Rejuvenate, Rejoice - Celebrating the Aging Experience," offering free health and wellness lectures and rejuvenation activities, free gifts, food and more.

Dining at Dusk: Crozer-Keystone is proud to present “Dining at Dusk,” a low-cost dining program that offers free lectures geared toward seniors. Meal costs $5.30 and includes entrée, dessert and a fountain drink. Call 1-800-CK-HEALTH to register for any program.

Join Orthopaedic Surgeon Charles Hummer III, M.D., for Lecture on Knee Problems May 22 Join Charles Hummer III, M.D., orthopaedic surgeon for the Crozer-Keystone Human Motion Institute, for an informative lecture, “Are You a Baby Boomer with Knee Pain? Get Diagnosed, Treated and Back in the Game.” The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, May 22, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at Crozer Medical Plaza at Brinton Lake, 300 Evergreen Drive, Glen Mills.

Cancer Survivors Day to be Held at Crozer, DCMH May 29
Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Delaware County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) will again host Cancer Survivors Day celebrations on Thursday, May 29. The Crozer event will take place 5:30-7:30 p.m., Clark Auditorium of the hospital, One Medical Center Boulevard in Upland, with a reception to follow in the Crozer Regional Cancer Center. The DCMH event will be held 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Conference Center of the hospital, 501 N. Lansdowne Ave. in Drexel Hill, with a reception to follow in the Delaware County Regional Cancer Center. Screenings Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Springfield Hospital and Taylor Hospital offer free blood pressure screenings every week.
