About the Senior Wellness Program
 
Crozer-Keystone Health System's Senior Wellness Program is a valuable resource to seniors in the Delaware Valley. For more than 25 years, this unique, free service has provided personal assistance in locating resources, fitness programs, education and social programs, health screenings and quality information on health concerns; tailored to the needs of today's mature adults.
 
Services Provided
 
Members of the Senior Wellness Program receive the following benefits:

  • Discounted meals at hospital cafeteria 
  • Free screening programs
  • Free email newsletter
  • Exercise programs
  • "Hearty Soles" walking programs at local malls
  • Opportunities to meet interesting people and take proactive measures to maintain optimum health
Monthly Senior E-newsletter
Members of the Senior Wellness Program can receive an electronic newsletter that is packed full of valuable information--including health tips and educational information from Crozer-Keystone physicians; information on wellness programs, free screenings and lectures; and more. Family members, caregivers or anyone else who would like senior-specific information can sign up to receive this free enewsletter.
 
Product and Service Discounts
Senior Wellness members receive discounts from local pharmacies, hospital gift shops and services, health and beauty programs, vision and hearing aids, food services and more.

Help make Senior Wellness the best it can be by calling (610) 338-2729, or by emailing srhealth@crozer.org with your suggestions and recommendations. We welcome your ideas on how we can serve you better. When you call, you can also listen to monthly program updates.
