Cancer Survivors Day to be Held at Crozer, DCMH May 29

Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Delaware County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) will again host Cancer Survivors Day celebrations on Thursday, May 29The Crozer event will take place 5:30-7:30 p.m., Clark Auditorium of the hospital, One Medical Center Boulevard in Upland, with a reception to follow in the Crozer Regional Cancer Center. The DCMH event will be held 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Conference Center of the hospital, 501 N. Lansdowne Ave. in Drexel Hill, with a reception to follow in the Delaware County Regional Cancer Center. Delaware County women can now take care of all of their breast health concerns in one location: the DCMH Center for Breast Health, dedicated to helping women deal with breast lumps, abnormal mammograms, nipple discharge, or breast pain. The HealthyWoman Project provides free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams, and pap tests for women 50-64 years old who are uninsured or underinsured.
