This introduction to movement fundamentals is for children ages 6-12. The class will build strong muscles and bones, self-confidence and self-acceptance. Learn to deal with stress and increase flexibility with Kidz Yoga. Incorporate cardiovascular fitness and resistance training with Total Body Kidz. Learn introductory principles of sports and their health-related benefits with Quick Kidz 101.
