Pilates Reformer Personal Training
In addition to our Pilates mat classes that can be found on our group fitness schedule, the Healthplex® also offers Pilates training on the reformer. Pilates exercise, especially with the reformer, offers tremendous increases in muscle strength, joint mobility, flexibility and muscle balance. Pilates is also a great way to improve posture and core strength, resulting in the development of long, lean muscles.
You can train privately with one of our skilled Pilates trainers or you can take advantage of our semi-private and group class sessions. Pilates may also be purchased in combination with personal training to utilize a wide range of modalities our fitness department has to offer.
